Disability Justice Australia Inc. (DJA) is an incorporated association as defined by the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic). As such, the mission, philosophy and rules of the organisation are set out in the Constitution of DJA which is available to all members.
The Constitution may only be updated by special resolution of a general meeting of DJA — with the support of at least three-quarters of the members voting (either in person or by proxy). The latest revision of the Constitution of DJA is dated 22 September 2021.
