Nomination to serve as a Board Member

Nominations to be a Board member of DJA are now closed
— the button below will no longer accept responses.

A crucial part of the AGM is electing members to fill vacancies on our Board of Directors — the body that governs DJA. If you feel that DJA could benefit from you serving as a Board Member, please nominate yourself as a candidate by 4 pm on Tuesday 12th November 2024.

Voting by proxy

As the number of vacancies exceeds the number of valid nominations, there will be no requirement for a formal ballot to elect nominees to the Board. This means that no proxy voting form will be required.

As a Member of DJA, whether you attend the AGM or not, your voice is important to the organisation and you are encouraged to vote in the election of Board members. Once nominations have closed, a proxy voting form will be added below to ask another person attending the meeting to vote on your behalf (either as you direct or as they see fit).
