Wednesday 20 November 2023 10.00 am to 11.30 am followed by our guest speaker (tba). The 2024 AGM is an online event with closed captions and reasonable adjustments for participants. Tell us about the reasonable adjustments you need when you register for the event.

Who can attend and vote?
If you wish to attend the AGM and/or vote and your membership is expiring between now and the AGM, please renew your membership by following the instructions here. If you encounter any difficulties (such as completing online forms) just call our Office on 03-9474-0077 and of our friendly staff will help you.
Nomination to serve as a Board Member
A crucial part of the AGM is electing members to fill vacancies on our Board of Directors — the body that governs DJA. If you feel that DJA could benefit from you serving as a Board Member, please nominate yourself as a candidate by 4 pm on Tuesday 12th November 2024 — a nomination link will appear here shortly.
Voting by proxy
As a Member of DJA, whether you attend the AGM or not, your voice is important to the organisation and you are encouraged to vote in the election of Board members. Once nominations have closed, a proxy voting form will be added below to ask another person attending the meeting to vote on your behalf (either as you direct or as they see fit).
