This page provides information for members and invited guests about our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Wednesday 19th November 2025, 10:30 am – 1:30 pm, including a presentation by our guest speaker Matthew Wright, Branch Manager National Engagement Strategy and Support at the NDIA. This will be an online only event, with members and invited guests attending via Microsoft Teams.
Registration
Registration to attend our AGM is open to members and invited guests only.
The easiest way to register is to click the registration link you have been emailed. Alternatively, you can register by clicking the button below if you know your unique invitation code (UIC) and email address.
I want to be invited
If you did not receive an invitation but would like to attend our AGM, please use the button below to request an invitation (by email).
I was invited but I’ve lost my UIC
Not a problem, these things happen. Please click on the “I want to be invited” tab (above) and fill in the form so we can send you a new invitation.
Reasonable adjustments

Nomination to serve as a Board Member
A crucial part of the AGM is electing members to fill vacancies on our Board of Directors — the body that governs DJA.
If you feel that DJA could benefit from you serving as a Board Member or if you were appointed to the Board mid-way through the year to fill a Casual Vacancy, please nominate yourself as a candidate by 4 pm on Tuesday 11th November 2025.
Voting by proxy
As a Member of DJA, whether you attend the AGM or not, your voice is important to the organisation and you are encouraged to vote in the election of Board members.
Once nominations have closed, a proxy voting form will be added below to ask another person attending the meeting to vote on your behalf (as you direct – it is your vote).
